It can be an idea or a task, but is more likely to be one of the activities or events that have developed over thousands of years specifically for the purpose of keeping an audience's attention.

Universal Studios

Universal Studios Singapore is a theme park located within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore. It features 28 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones. It was a key component of Genting's bid for the right to build Singapore's second integrated resort. On 8 December 2006, the Singapore government announced that the consortium had won the bid. Construction of the theme park and the rest of the resort started on 19 April 2007. It is the second Universal Studios theme park to open in Asia (Japan being the first), and the first in Southeast Asia.

Night Safari

The Night Safari is the world's first nocturnal zoo and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore. The concept of a nocturnal park in Singapore was suggested in the 1980s by the former executive chairman of the Singapore Zoo, Dr Ong Swee Law.

Jurong Bird Park

Jurong Bird Park is an aviary and tourist attraction in Jurong, Singapore. The bird park, managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, covers an area of 0.2 square kilometres on the western slope of Jurong Hill, the highest point in the Jurong region.

Udhayam Theatre

Udayam Theatre is a multiplex located in Chennai. The complex is made of four cinemas Udhayam, Mini Udhayam, Suriyan and Chandran. The 40,000 square feet (3,700 m2) theatre complex is located on a 1.31 acres (5,300 m2) plot on 100 feet (30 m) road in K. K. Nagar. The complex was built by 6 brothers in 1983. The complex was recently put up for sale by auction. The highest bidder was S Paramasivan Pillai, whose winning bid was worth 100 crore rupees. But the sale is not confirmed by the owners.

Regular music, dance and drama programs are conducted throughout the year and these are well-attended by both the members of the Sabha as well as the general public.

Madras Music Academy, or simply Music Academy, is one of the premier and early Music Academies in the South Indian city of Madras, now Chennai. It plays an important role in encouraging and promoting primarily the Carnatic Music south Indian art form.

Pilot Movie Theater

Royapettah Pilot Theater is one of the oldest theater's of chennai, theater is well maintained with comfortable seating arrangements. Now a days, most of the popular English movies dubbed in local Tamil language & published in this theater, it is a 70 MM screen movie hall. This is the only theater in chennai, which having thread screen. Currently Closed.

Express Avenue

The Express Avenue is a mixture of Shopping, Business and Leisure. The Express Avenue hosts over 20 lakh square feet of shopping space. This includes a 9 lakh sq ft shopping space, 1 lakh sq ft for eating, 70,000 sq ft (6,500 m2) for entertainment and 2 lakh sq ft for a world-class business chamber and a 40-room boutique hotel. The mall is bound by Whites Road, Woods Road and Patullos Road on 3 sides. The mall has a 3 level basement parking space for over 1500 cars and sufficient bikes. It was inaugurated on May 26, 2010.
